No one can please everyone. Instead of making a bunch of promises you can’t keep, be more selective of your promises. Make sure you can follow through before you agree. Then you won’t have to stress about letting someone else down, and you’ll have more energy to focus on you.

Forgiving someone is not always about the other person. When you forgive someone, you lift that burden from your shoulders, allowing you to move on and focus your attention on something else. Even if they don’t deserve it, you owe it to yourself to forgive the people who have wronged you.

6. A time for every purpose

Do you feel like you have too much to do each day? Organizing tasks by time can be an immense help when it comes to planning. Set a schedule that gives enough time for each task you need to do. Then you will be able to effectively organize your time, and you will know what else you have time for.
