Use the Sun to Get Rid of Tomato and Diaper Stains

Let tomato-based stained clothing and cloth diapers sit in full sunlight while they are soaking wet to get rid of stains.

Unshrink Clothing

Never toss out your shrunken clothing again with this hack. Soak your garment in lukewarm water, add hair conditioner, and let it sit for a few minutes. Get details here.

Use Bread to Remove Lipstick Stains

Take the crust off a piece of white bread and squish the bread part into a ball. Blot the stain with the ball and throw the piece of clothing in the wash to remove the rest of the stain.

DIY Wrinkle Spray

Mix one part fabric softener and 10 parts of water in a spray bottle. Shake the bottle up and spritz your wrinkled clothing with it while the garment hangs on a hanger.

Remove Ink With Hairspray and Hand Sanitizer

Spray your ink stains with hairspray or squirt some hand sanitizer on it, then throw your garment in the wash.

Use Baby Powder to Eliminate Oil Stains

Sprinkle baby powder on a stain and dab it a little bit. Brush off the excess and keep repeating the process until the stain is gone.

You can also rub chalk on an oil stain to get rid of it.

Dry Your Lingerie With a Salad Spinner

Bras and panties can get ruined if you toss them in the dryer. So if you want to get them to dry faster, put them in a salad spinner.

Get Rid of Blood Stains

If the stain is still wet, wash it with cold water and hand soap. If the stain is dry, dry getting it out with hydrogen peroxide.

Remove Grass Stains

Hydrogen peroxide also works well on grass stains. Use two tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide and one tablespoon of dish soap. Rub the stain vigorously for best results.
