Stunning. Exquisite. Perfection.

Three distinguishing words for this distinguished house. A guest house that beats all other tiny homes in the competition for efficient sophistication. A purchase that will leave social media connections in awe, and leaves the owner feeling worth millions of dollars.

Designed by Avava Systems, this unique 264 square foot guest house was pre-fabricated and transported to the owner’s property as flat-packed components. It was constructed in just six weeks to feature a living space, kitchen (including a small dining table), bedroom and bathroom.

The interior has been designed to perfection, with specifications to include only the most enhanced of features. The classic medium tone timber palate contrasted against the walls provides a subtle feeling of sophistication. The high ceilings master the art of combining feelings of openness with feelings of comfort and security. The natural light mixed with the simple, elegant top lighting brings the forever-long landscape, inside.

The metallic appliances match the modern trends of traditional houses. The ledges and shelves are proof of the designer’s skills in executing innovative ideas within minimal spaces. There is enough room to hold plates or cutting boards, and to display your own style by adding decorative features.
