They found it—a stunning 10-acre spot by the Llano River.
Then, they rolled up their sleeves and started building their forever homes.
Home Sweet Tiny Home
Here’s the layout: five buildings in total.
Each couple gets their own cozy tiny house, complete with a queen bed, a loveseat, and a bathroom.
But wait, there’s more!
The Heart of the Community
The cherry on top is a communal building with a kitchen, laundry, and even a flat-screen TV.
Imagine a big, beautiful table made of reclaimed wood where everyone can hang out and chat.

More Than Just a Home
These couples aren’t just about comfy living; they’re eco-warriors too!
They’re totally in love with the natural beauty of the Llano River.
Some even keep their city homes and use this as their secret escape.
The Business Side and Wise Words
Oh, and get this: they rent out their tiny homes on Airbnb when they’re not there.
Smart, huh? They’ve even got a name for their community—”The Llano Exit Strategy.”
Jodi Zipp, one of the residents, sums it up best:
