The baby blue home already started relatively charming, it just needed a little update in style!
With a darker color and contrasting rims make the house pop! The new dormers, custom wood door, paver walkway and new landscaping, also bring new energy into the house.
The kitchen was revamped completely! The changes include modern cabinets in a light natural wood finish, new island, twin pendants with mint green shades, open shelving, and black tile backsplash. These changes are absolutely night and day!
Water stains indicated that they would need to go and look into the drywall, but luckily for them, the shiplap was still in great shape! Stripping it back brought a completely new style to the room. A new coat of paint and a redesign of the fireplace makes this living and dining room is super chic!
Wow! The sunroom has become a completely different place! The custom flooring, lighting, and the two wall-mounted work desks, custom created by furniture craftsman Clint Harp, make this room absolutely perfect!
The master bedroom was cluttered, but by adding hallway space and stripping out the massively intrusive shelving, and the room looks completely new!
The end result is a new home that completely brings new life to a mother starting a family of her own! We’re sure she’ll be making a lot of memories in her cottage!
