Avocado Ranch Dressing

Unpeel an avocado and mash it up completely, before adding in a 1/2 cup of sour cream. Once it is mixed together well you can add in about 1/4 cup of milk. Use more milk if you’d like it thinner and less if you’d like your dressing thicker.

Throw in one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 1 1/2 teaspoon of rice vinegar, 3 cloves of minced garlic 1/4 tablespoon of salt, two tablespoons of dried parsley and you’re done. It’s absolutely delicious! We put this on EVERYTHING.
