Everybody knows somebody who loves Disney, right?
But do they love it so much they would design their entire home to be Disney themed?
For one couple, Mark and Mona, they love Disney and everything about it so much that they have built a Disney house.
After the pair’s children grew up and moved out, they decided that they wanted to downsize from their 1,900 square-foot home to something much smaller.
The couple was on the hunt for tiny home builders who could customize and design a home just for them.
Mark learned of Forever Tiny Homes and teamed up with them to create the perfect getaway for him and his wife.
Together, they built a 36-foot long by 8.5-foot wide mobile home, with every aspect of the home having a nod to Disney somewhere.
Whether through the custom-made LED lite Mickey Mouse windows, or the hidden Mickey backsplash, the little mouse is everywhere.
Mona’s sanctuary is her kitchen where every single appliance is Mickey mouse themed, including a toaster that cooks on an image of the mouse.
They managed to fit in a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, extra large sink, and tons of pantry space to store all their goodies.
She also had a hand in decorating the couple’s master bedroom which is themed after her favorite Disney character, Dopey, one of the 7 dwarfs from Snow White.
Mark, on the other hand, has his own loft space that he has named his ‘Adventurers Loft’.
The space houses all his video games and systems, including an Xbox and a PS5.
It also contains his Lego collection where he has built many different things, including many of the Star Wars-themed sets.
Below the Adventurers Loft is Pooh’s Corner which is, you guessed it, the bathroom.
Housing their stacked washer and dryer, as well as a jacuzzi tub to soak in, this bathroom is very large considering the fact that it is in a tiny home.
The entire washroom is Winnie the Pooh-themed and features a shower curtain, toilet cover, bath mat, and some lovely paintings from the original movies.
The couple even included a guest room above their own bedroom so their children can stay for some overnight visits.
This room is Minnie Mouse-themed, and Mona says she enjoys going up there to read and relax while Mark is in his Adventurers Loft area.
Then, of course, there is the main living room area which is totally decked out with all their collected Disney memorabilia.
With custom-made reclining chairs, the couple can sit and enjoy their dinner while they watch a Disney movie of their choosing.
They have a large television and sound bar set above an electric fireplace that can either be used for just the visual effects, as a fan, or as a heater.
And above the TV is a beautiful painting of Walt Disney with Mickey Mouse on his shoulder as he creates a new design or character.
Though it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, Mark and Mona certainly love their unique Disney-themed home!
