They make a great gift, but they’re so pretty you’re going to want to keep them for yourself!

Materials:

  • Clear ornament.
  • Craft glitter
  • Floor cleaner
  • Paper cups
  • Napkins/tissues
  • Glue

First, you need to remove the tops of the ornaments.

Then, you’ll pour a small amount of the floor cleaner in each. The paper cups come in handy here because they make it easier to control your pours.

Using a tissue to cover the tops, gently shake the ornament until the inside is fully covered in the floor cleaner. Pour out the excess cleaner and let the ornaments dry for a few minutes.

While you wait, divide your glitter into the paper cups. Again, doing this will make it easier to pour it into the small openings of the ornaments.

Pour the glitter in the ornaments and shake them while covering the opening with a tissue.

Shake them until they are completely covered and you can’t see any clear space. There is no need to dump out any of the excess glitter.

The last thing you need to do is put the tops of the ornaments back on. We recommend using a little bit of glue to make sure they are on there securely. If the top falls off, you’ll have glitter everywhere, so take the time to make sure they’re put on with care.
