The first cooling rack hack might also be the easiest. A great introduction for those nervous to take on a DIY project, if you can even call this easy DIY a project.

All you need is one cooling rack and one bin. The bin can be any color or style of your choice, so try and get creative with it. All you need to do is lay the cooling rack onto the bottom of the bin and, violà, you have a tupperware lid organizer. You don’t have to search endlessly for a matching lid, it will be right there for you next time.

Cooling Rack Decor

This DIY project calls for one cooling rack, a small chalkboard from any dollar store, E6000 Glue, and two Command hooks. Dab the E6000 Glue onto the four corners of the back of the chalkboard. Then, press the chalkboard down on the top half of the cooling rack for it to stick and let it dry. While it is drying, hang the two command hooks for wherever you would like your new piece of decor to hang.

You can add any s-hooks or magnets to the bottom half of the cooling rack to organize as you please.

Organize your spices and use your spices as decor at the same time.

“Grab a cooling rack and some pliers to bend the cooling rack into a u-shape. Be gentle as you do this as the bars of the cooling rack might break if you aren’t careful. Also make sure you bend the grooves of the back of the cooling rack to make sure it can sit flat against the wall,” Hometalk instructs.

Show off all your favorite coffee mugs and make them more accessible too!

All you have to do is secure four Command hooks onto the bottom side of your shelf and secure the cooling rack into each hook. Then add as many s-hooks you like, but make sure they will hold, and you can start hanging your coffee mugs as decor and as an easier way to start off your mornings.
