Even if you’ve never thought about ‘living tiny,’ this 480-square-foot home is about to become your new dream house.
Humble Houses is a tiny home construction company that not only builds incredible tiny homes, but they also build pop-up communities and give back to local charities and non-profits. They also happened to build this incredible home. It’s called the ‘Dreamwood.’
This particular model of the Dreamwood is 12-feet by 40-feet and comes in multiple finishes to create the exact look you’ve always wanted. Once parked, a panel is placed along the bottom of the home to conceal the tires.
Walk through the full-window front door and enter the home’s rustic yet elegant living space.
The wood contrasts the white in the walls, while the gray furnishings match the paint. The decor is simple, and yet every detail was thoroughly thought out.
Another look at the seating area shows just how much space and comfort the room has to offer.
There is extra storage in the ottoman for blankets and pillows. The room is a perfect blend of rustic, modern, and mid-century retro.
Stepping into the kitchen, you’d never guess that you were inside a tiny home of only 480-sq-ft.
The kitchen features a breakfast bar for dining; it’s also a great place to sit and socialize while the cook is making dinner. There is plenty of counter space, a full-size stainless fridge, and a full-size stove and oven to cook gourmet meals.
Walk past the kitchen into the hallway to find a combo washer and dryer with some built-in shelving for storage.
Straight ahead is the bedroom and the bathroom door is just outside on the right.
The bathroom looks like it belongs in a luxury skyrise apartment.
Relax and unwind in the luxurious rain shower with beautiful tile work and gorgeous rustic wood. There is shelving to the right of the toilet for towels and other bathroom toiletries.
At the other end of the tiny home is the spacious bedroom that has a beautiful and functional built-in shelving unit.
Most tiny homes have limited tall storage to hang clothing; however, Humble Houses certainly didn’t skimp on any full-size amenities you’d normally find in a traditional home. The bedroom has it’s own sliding glass door for access to the front patio or yard, depending on where the home is parked.
Simple and modern on the outside, rustic and luxurious on the inside. Starting at just $97K, a Dreamwood could be all yours.
