A rustic log cabin nestled away in a quiet area surrounded by trees and nature is the perfect way to relax, unwind, and get away from it all. Wouldn’t it be nice to have one of your very own?

It turns out, owning a log cabin retreat isn’t as difficult, or expensive, as you might think. Conestoga Log Cabins offers multiple floor plans and log cabin ‘kits’ for purchase, all of which are beautiful and very reasonably priced. The Heritage Log Cabin, though, is one of their gems.

The Heritage Log Cabin is 580-sq-ft with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The best part? The price tag starts at just $35,900.

The simple, rustic cabin may not have many bells and whistles, but it has all of the amenities you could possibly need. There is even a large six-foot front porch; perfect for taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of the nature around you.

The living room of the home truly encompasses the log cabin feel. The floors, walls, and ceiling are a beautiful light wood.

Tall, vaulted ceilings make the room feel airy and bright. The kitchen can be seen through the archway, while a small dining room and game table is on the left.

The kitchen features a sink, small fridge, stovetop range, and a microwave oven.

Staying true to its rough, log cabin theme, the kitchen’s cabinetry is a gorgeous natural wood. Although the home is meant to feel rustic, the modern appliances bring the cabin into the 21st century.

The master bedroom on the main floor is extremely spacious — there is plenty of space for a comfy king-size bed.

The light wood keeps the room feeling bright and inviting. The bedroom has two windows, allowing the natural light to flood in, along with views of the forest outside.

The floorplan of the Heritage Log Cabin included a generous amount of square footage for the bathroom.
