Holly Williams is a singer-songwriter from Nashville. While trying to get a record deal back in 2005, Holly worked at a local sandwich shop that sat next to a gorgeous 1890’s cottage. Ten years later, it went up for sale, and she knew the historic home had to be hers.

After purchasing the 1892 ‘Sweeney Cottage,’ Holly transformed it into a beautiful rental home through her White’s Mercantile brand.

The entry to the kitchen is to the left with another peek into the sitting area looking forward. To the right, you’ll notice the door to the bathroom.

Like most historic homes, there is only one bathroom. However, Holly did a wonderful job of renovating it while maintaining its antiquity.
