With cool slideouts that expand the home to 1200 square feet and 8 pistons that magically lift the 2nd story up into the air, this is a real-life Transformer of a home.
And with a $2.5 million dollar price tag, it’s almost worth every penny.

This is the exact same RV where Will Smith got ready for some of his movies like Men in Black III, Ali, and Pursuit of Happiness.
The home is currently parked at 7744 Ranch in Austin, Texas, which is a super exclusive mobile home resort built by Anderson Mobile Estates.Celebs like Simon Cowel, Jennifer Lopez, and Vin Diesel have also had RVs come motoring through the estate.
While this may look expensive on the outside, it’s even more so once you step inside the automatic doors.
It has hardwood floors throughout, and it took 17 slabs of granite to “furnish” this place.
As soon as you step inside, you can see the dining area off to the left, which comes with leather seats and a granite table that can fold in half to free up some space. That feature alone cost $12K.
Adjacent to the dining area is the living room, which has a cozy leather couch, and more granite tabletops.
With a total of 14 TVs scattered throughout the home, there’s certainly no lack of entertainment opportunities.
The trailer itself weighs 30 tons, which means it has to be towed by a semi-truck – a typical toy hauler won’t cut it.
The entire home is kept cool with automatic shades, and two 5-ton AC units. There are vent holes built right into the granite, which keeps everything looking smooth and sleek.
The bathroom has a granite walk-in shower that also doubles as a steam room.
You might notice that the toilet paper roll is in the correct position, which is “over” and not under (and that’s backed by science).
Toward the back of the RV is the room where Will Smith gets ready, and it has a privacy door that can be activated with the push of a button.
Film sets typically have several different trailers for wardrobe, makeup, etc. But this has everything under one roof, and it can also be lived in, making it a time saver.
The second story is on a whole other level – literally! It almost reminds you of a boxcar on a luxury train like the Orient Express. But instead of playing out murder mysteries, it’s the ultimate entertainment area for Will Smith’s rich and famous friends.
This space comes with four leather couches and a 100-inch drop-down projector screen for watching movies.
In the back bedroom, there’s a built-in office desk that’s surrounded by tons of natural lighting from the abundance of large windows.
Above the bed is a small skylight, which makes the room even more inviting.
