Julia Roberts Is Renting Her Malibu Home For $10.5K A Month

We all know Julia Roberts as America’s Sweetheart. Her gorgeous smile truly has a power of its own. And we all have our favorite Julia Roberts movie whether its Pretty Woman, Eat Pray Love, Steel Magnolias, Mystic Pizza, and… we’re just going to stop there.

That list is pretty long. In addition to being one of America’s favorite actresses, she’s about to be one of America’s favorite landlords. Roberts is planning to rent out her Malibu home which she bought last year for $3.985 million.

It can be your new home for $10,500 a month. The modern home is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, clean finishes, and lots of outdoor spaces. Renters will even be given access to the Riviera 1 Beach Club, which apparently is a big deal.
