Recreational vehicle (RV) travel has become wildly popular with Americans in recent years. The open road, the freedom of driving, and the chance to explore the nation’s wealth of national parks and scenic roads all appeal to a new generation of RVers.
Aside from convenience, RVs offer other benefits such as traveling with an RV is cheaper, you have more control when you travel and bring everything that you need thanks to the vehicle’s huge space.
But who knew that traveling in an RV can also be luxurious? Nowadays, big RV manufacturers create special vehicles when you want to travel in style and have more amenities. One of these fancy RVs is called Keystone Avalanche 390DS and Andrew with Camper Kingdom decided to give a walkthrough inside.
The new Avalanche 390DS is packed with complete amenities and great features such as a 6 Point Hydraulic Auto Leveling, G¬Range Tires, two air conditioners, and even a fireplace!
Andrew started checking out the exterior and he was impressed with how massive and spacious this RV is. Coming in at 43 feet in length and four slides, this vehicle weighs about 16,500 pounds so it’s important to check the load and tow capacity.
It also has a molded fiberglass cap and white LED lights which helps for docking at night. In terms of docking the camper, you will have no difficulty setting it as all of its controls are put in one place and it’s safe because you can see the camper setting itself while using the controls.
On the main side of the unit, it has two electric awnings with LED lights like almost all campers sold on the market have. The main side of the unit also has the battery housing department which is solar prepped so energy consumption on the road is no problem.
Now the moment we’ve been waiting for – the interior! The DS in the RV’s name means “Double Suite” and it surely lives up to its name.
First, we have the living area. A living area is a place where the guests are supposed to be kept entertained at the moment. The living area in this RV will surely keep your guests entertained, maybe you will too!
The living area is combined with the kitchen so keeping your guests entertained and full will be easy.
On keeping the guests entertained, the living area has a legless table with four chairs when you have many guests. 2 armchairs in front of a 50-inch flatscreen television with an electric fireplace. That combination on a living area will sure to keep you and your guests entertained.
The kitchen is also no joke. Solid-surface countertops all over the prepping space for clean and easier food preparation, a decent amount of cabinet space for storage, a sink with 2 trash bins inside for those who like to keep it clean, And a refrigerator to keep your frozen goods.
The room next to the living area is a bedroom. Complete with a bathroom and a changing room after you take a bath. A decent amount of storage space for your stuff. And a queen-sized bed!
