With spring in full swing and summer looming, there’s no better time to get ready for the heat. Mosquitoes and other pesky bugs are common problems in hot weather. Rather than spend money of costly bug repellents, try this all-natural solution that you can make right at home.

It’s easy to make – only takes 5 minutes – and it’s highly cost-efficient.

First, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Mason Jar
  • 2 Lemon Wedges
  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • 2-3 Sprigs of Rosemary
  • Water
  • Floating Tea Candles
  • Lemon Eucalyptus Oil (7-10 drops)

First, take out a cutting board and use a knife to slice the lemons and limes. Place the slices in the mason jar along with the rosemary sprigs. Add 7-10 drops of lemon eucalyptus oil, and fill the jar with water, leaving 2 inches of space from the top. Place the floating tea candle in the jar and light it.

That’s it! Now you have an all-natural bug repellent, and you can use this to keep pests and other annoying insects from your home or yard.
