A tiny home is a great idea if you want to downsize. And one of the best things about it is how customizable it is.

Even if your house looks the same as someone else’s on the outside, the inside could look completely different.

Sisters Alexis and Ashley purchased two tiny homes and customized them according to their personalities.

They didn’t expect that they would end up living next to each other. After all, the sisters weren’t close when they were young.

Now, they embrace each other’s uniqueness, and living near each other gives them the support they need while maintaining their style.

Both girls live in Central Florida in Circle Pond Tiny Home Community where they pay $475 a month for the lot rent.

Alexis calls her tiny home The Wood Haven because it’s made from wood, and she considers it her haven.

She lives with her beautiful toddler, Nalini, who she calls her ‘boss baby.’

The total cost of her home was $75,000, and she describes it as simple, homey, and comfortable.

When building a tiny home, you focus on your priority. In Alexis’ case, she loves books, so you would be able to see a large bookshelf and a reading nook turned into toy storage.

She has two lofts, but the other became a storage area because of her daughter’s things. Alexis also said she doesn’t like to cook, so her kitchen isn’t that big.

She has a big TV and a living room space where she could dance.

Ashley calls her The Chef’s kitchen because she loves cooking and she made sure that her home has a comfortable and spacious kitchen.

She lives with her two playful dogs and the total cost of her tiny house is $80,000.

She describes her home as comfortable, modern, and elegant.

Because Ashley loves to cook, she has ample storage where she could put her cooking utensils and tools. She also loves how cozy and big her living room is.

She explained that she loves having people over and they could relax on the sofa and watch movies. Her sofa could also turn into a full-size bed.

Unlike most tiny homes, Ashley’s house doesn’t have two lofts. She wanted to use the other space for her kitchen.

Ashley loves to soak her body in a tub when she needs it. According to her, she plays sports, so sometimes, she needs to relax. That’s why she asked for a tub, and they were able to include one in her tiny house.

Her tiny home looks spacious, and you can clearly see what she likes.

In her loft, she has a dedicated space for her shoes. Ashley confessed that she had to let go of so many pairs just to move in.

Both Alexis and Ashley’s tiny houses are beautiful.
