If you love watching the YouTube channel Tiny House Giant Journey, then you probably know who Jenna is.
They feature amazing stories and beautiful tiny houses.
But behind the amazing videos is Matthew Alexander, the main camera operator and videographer of Tiny House Giant Journey for the last four years.
According to him, he has been featuring many tiny houses, but this time, it’s his time to shine.
That’s right, Matt gave all the fans a tour of his own tiny house.
For 5 years, Matt and his partner, Tayga, lived in two separate converted sprinter vans.
It was awesome and along with their four furbabies, they get to enjoy living off-grid and exploring.
Everything changed when Matt met Randy Jones, creator of the Incred-i-box.
The couple decided to slow down and find a place to stay for a month or two.
They wanted to disconnect to reconnect.
So they purchased the 25K DIY design Incred-i-box, which was 160 sq. ft.
It only cost them 25K since they use recycled metal panels. It also comes with plumbing, and electrical, and the best part is you get to design it.
Their tiny house is located in the Nomadic Desert Glamping Resort.
They have been living there for more than a month with their furbabies, two dogs, and two cats.
Matt started his tour on the front patio.
We can see so many plants in their tiny home, and it’s so relaxing to look at.
This is where they do yoga, bond with their furbabies, have coffee, and just enjoy the view.
They store their black and gray water tanks at the bank part of their tiny home.
Upon entering their home, you’d appreciate how spacious it is.
According to Matt, it’s a big difference compared to their living space before.
On the left side is the bedroom, you would find their bed.
They have a big bed where they could all cuddle and they also have chairs, just in case they have visitors.
They have three windows that give them natural light and make the whole place look bigger.
According to Matt, they have metal insulation panels with 2 inches of spray foam.
It’s amazing, but the downside is that getting a signal can be a bit challenging.
They also have a ladder to a loft that they use for storage.
Then they have a small nook with a TV that serves as their workstation.
Matt describes his home as cozy.
Going to the right side of the tiny home, you will see their kitchen with a flip-up table.
This serves as an extra space to eat.
They also have a mini closet, an air fryer, a small fridge, and some shelves for storage.
After the kitchen, you’d find their composting toilet and the tankless water heater.
Matt shared how happy they were to have unlimited hot showers.
They made sure that they have a full-size shower area for them to enjoy.
The best part about purchasing their incred-i-box is that they love each day that they spend here.
