At just 20-feet by 8-feet, the California Dreamin’ tiny home, constructed by Incredible Tiny Homes is one of the most unique, beautiful, and luxurious compact houses on the market.
Incredible Tiny Homes certainly lives up to their namesake. The moment you lay eyes on California Dreamin’, you’ll completely understand. Another ‘incredible’ feature of the home — is that it has a base price of only $32,500.
Covered in ‘vines,’ California Dreamin’ sits on a small trailer that can be towed wherever your heart desires.
Most tiny home manufacturers save the details and features for the inside, but not this time. The crawling vines and the bright blue door with contrasting white trim gives the tiny home a ton of character.
Once inside, even though the space is tiny, it feels like a traditional home.
Hardwood floors flow throughout the entire floorplan, and the walls were painted a lovely sky blue with white trim; bringing the bright blue skies of California indoors. Simple, yet elegant.
The cozy seating area has storage underneath, and could also be used as a guest bed.
Interior decor like vibrant, patterned cushions, a small rug, and vases with flowers, really make this tiny home feel welcoming and warm.
The kitchen features a large, double-basin sink — a feature that is rare in many tiny homes.
The sink sits under a large window so you can gaze out around the beautiful surroundings of your choosing. The opposite side of the kitchen boasts a large countertop for dining or prepping meals. A mini-fridge could easily fit in the small nook, and the large space is perfect for a portable stovetop burner.
Looking back toward the front door, you’ll notice a storage loft up top.
Store clothes, blankets, and other items when they’re not in use in the small loft. Windows line the entire home on either side to provide an abundance of natural light. Open the windows to let in the ocean or countryside breeze.
Walk past the kitchen, directly into the modern bathroom with a flushing toilet.
Built-in shelving is provided for knick-knacks or storage for towels and toiletries. There is also a standup shower which is not pictured here.
The comfy sleeping loft is located just above the bathroom.
Accessed via ladder, the sleeping loft is large enough for a queen-size bed, small table, and a bit of decor. Two windows are located on either side of the sleeping loft for letting in that morning sun or for a bit of extra airflow.
Although the home has been stripped to the essentials, it has done so with elegance and class. Take a full tour of California Dreamin’ in the video below.
