What do you think of when you think of a castle?
You’re probably thinking of gorgeous stone exteriors, watch-towers, and beautiful grounds, right? Well, you are right in thinking those things and they’re also all of the elements that inspired this regal mobile home.
This medieval inspired home is located in the Camelot-esque forest community of Maple Falls, Washington. Just one look around the property, and you’ll see that this is the perfect spot to build your castle and find inner-peace. It’s a small community close to the Canadian border, and it is without a doubt the perfect place to escape and enjoy the forest.
Upon approaching this castle-like home, its similarities to the structures it’s been modeled after are immediately evident. The exterior of the home is made from stone looking tiles that mimic the heavy stones stacked to create the exteriors of classic castles.
Entering the home is a regal event as well. You’ll be greeted by a spacious covered deck that is the spot for holding court and hosting guests. It overlooks a cute garden area that’s the perfect spot for grilling up some dinner.
Once inside, you’ll barely believe that you’re not actually in a castle. The living room has gorgeous vaulted ceilings that make it feel as though you’re in one of the grand towers of a real castle. It opens up the space and the large windows bring in plenty of natural light.
Another awesome feature of the living room is the stone-looking electric fireplace. It houses the home’s flat screen TV, making it the perfect spot for rainy Washington days!
Turning from the living room and going towards the kitchen, you’ll see extra seating and a wine station. If you’re going to live like royalty, you need to have a wine station! It’s perfect for entertaining, too.
We love the sconce mounted in the kitchen. Such a medieval touch to this castle-inspired home!
The stone look continues in the kitchen with the wallpaper and is complemented by the gorgeous wooden cabinets. They provide plenty of storage for the cooks of this castle and look great up against the updated appliances.
The dining table is position by a spacious bay window that’s the perfect spot for looking over your kingdom while enjoying a delicious meal.
Even the bathroom got the royal treatment. It may be small, but it houses a deep soaker tub with a shower combo. Perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the forest outside!
The cozy bedroom is fit for a king with its large window and built-in side tables.
As if this home wasn’t enough to leave you feeling like royalty, there’s an extra surprise off of the main structure that will make it clear that you’re living the good life out in the magical forest.
The property has a bunkhouse with two twin size beds, making it the perfect, comfy spot for overnight guests to stay in. It’s even roomy enough to add in furnishings like a dresser or a couple of nightstands.
If you still find yourself needing more storage, the property includes a detached storage shed.
With the beautiful forest property and all of this home’s regal features, there’s no way you wouldn’t feel like royalty residing here!
