Start by laying down a tarp large enough for the size of the pool you want to put together. If needed, place multiple tarps down for a bigger sized pool. You should also lay down the wooden pallets to use as the pool’s base.

Next, screw the pallets together. Add wooden planks on top to help keep the pallets together. You can also add waterproof lining to cover the interior of the pool once you put water in it. Make sure to put plenty. as you will need it to hold in the water.

Add Another Layer of Lining

As a safeguard, add a final layer of lining to ensure that the pool won’t leak once you fill it with water. You should also make the liner is secure so that it doesn’t come loose while it is in use. If you feel like it is needed, ass a pump to keep the water clean while it is in use.

Another option is to add plywood sheets to the interior of the pool to keep the pool tarp from getting pierced by sharp objects. Once you are finished building the pool, you can even add a deck and some stairs to make getting in and out of the pool easier.

You are not restricted to making pool of a specific size, and can make the pool smaller or larger depending on the size you want and the number of people you need to accommodate. Keep in mind that you will have to adjust the instructions to account for the larger or smaller sized pool.
