Use club soda in place of regular water when making pancakes. In a bowl, combine pancake mix, egg, and club soda. Cook on a griddle or pan as usual and watch the batter transform into fluffy, soft, perfect pancakes.

Spilling a cup of coffee on carpet or a tablecloth can cause instant panic to ensue. Don’t fret! Just use a little club soda. After the spill, use a dry cloth to soak up as much of the spill as possible. Then, pour a bit of club soda over the stain. Blot and repeat until the stain has been lifted.
