A home adorned with a “Welcome” wreath or doormat certainly appears more inviting, doesn’t it?

It radiates a warm and welcoming vibe, giving the impression that the people living there are friendly, at least based on their choice of “Welcome” decorations.

When it comes to home decor items, you can easily purchase them at a store.

But isn’t it more satisfying to craft your own decorations using your creative hands?

To create this wreath, you’ll need the following materials:

– 14-inch wreath form
– 6 rolls of mesh (3 brown and 3 gold)
– 2 spools of wire-edged ribbon
– 1 spool of glittery ribbon
– Artificial flowers (your choice)
– Pipe cleaners
– Glue gun & glue sticks
– Scissors

That’s all you need to make this fall-themed “Welcome” wreath on your own.

The crafty woman also mentioned that she purchased all of the materials from Dollar Tree.

Now, let’s get started!

Step 1:

The first thing she did was prepare 30-inch long cuts of the golden mesh and 9-inch cuts of the wire-edged ribbon.

Step 2:

Then, she cut “V” shapes on the ends of the wire-edged ribbons and the glittery ribbons.

Step 3:

Next, take the golden mesh and pinch one end with both your thumbs while using your other fingers to gather the rest of the mesh, as demonstrated in the video.

Step 4:

Take a pre-cut wire-edged ribbon, place a glittery ribbon on top of it, position it over the golden mesh, secure it in place with your fingers, and tie it together using a pipe cleaner.

Ensure the pipe cleaner is long enough because you’ll use it later to attach this part to the wreath form.

Repeat this step until you have eight of these pieces, and make more if needed.

Step 5:

Fluff out all the components, and then, using your glue gun, attach an artificial flower on top of each one.

Fasten each flower decoration to the wreath form, ensuring they are tied around the two inner lines.

Step 6:

Arrange all the flowers evenly, leaving adequate space in between.

Fill that space with the brown mesh.

Unlike the golden mesh, you won’t be adding any additional details to the brown one.

Step 7:

Finally, enhance your wreath with extra details.

In the video, the woman used assorted foam table scatter and, of course, placed the “Welcome” sign in the center.

Viola! Didn’t it turn out amazing?
