Here’s another tiny home that you should definitely see.

It has everything a person wants and needs in a home, and did we mention it’s also floating in a marina giving its visitors beautiful water views?

This floating tiny home was designed and built by Bauhaus Habitat.

They put four floating tiny homes together in a pilot project called Eau Villa.

Each home is fully equipped with a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and upper and lower floors.

The floating home, including the deck, is 36 feet long by 12 feet wide.

The inside of the house is 24 feet long by 8.5 feet wide and can comfortably fit four people moving around inside the home.

To enter the house, you walk on the deck of the marina leading to the tiny home, and you’ll arrive at the main door to enter the living room.

The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a guest bed. The sofa bedding are kept under the couch for convenience and to save space.

The tiny home is fully airconditioned, while the walls are made of fiberglass and foam, which makes the house well-insulated and suitable for all-year-round living.

The living room has direct access to a terrace on the lower deck which has a hot tub.

A staircase also leads to a beautiful roof deck terrace with a sofa and bean bags, perfect for enjoying a relaxing sunset or watching an energizing sunrise.

Inside, the kitchen comes equipped with a small oven and a refrigerator.

The home designers also included open shelves above the sink and drawers for additional storage.

Beside the kitchen is a compact dining area perfect for four people.

Making the kitchen small was intentional because Eau Ville is located five minutes away from a busy street full of cool bars and restaurants.

Eau Ville also wants its visitors to explore this fun area.

Back in the house is a spacious bathroom across the living room.

The bathroom has a wooden ceiling, a waterproof floor, and a large fan to keep the bathroom well-ventilated.

Next is the bedroom.

This room has a custom-built queen-size bed with ample storage under it.

The bed faces large windows and also has a small window above the bed to let in the fresh air.

In the corner, there is additional storage with another shelf and hooks for clothes.

The floating tiny home is plugged into the power grid of the marina.

However, it also has a backup system using batteries to ensure a consistent power source.

Another unique feature of this tiny home is that it’s a flexible structure that isn’t limited to a floating dock.

You can also put the house on a trailer to make it a mobile home.

You can also set the house on land and have a tiny permanent home.

This tiny home had to give up a few amenities to save on space, so there’s no bathroom sink or washing machine either.

However, most marinas have laundry facilities, so it’s not a big deal in this case.

Whatever this tiny home lacks in amenities, it makes up for in beautiful design and convenience.
