If there’s one thing that you should know about me, it’s that I love my husband. I feel like he is always there to support me as well as challenge me to be a better person. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better man to be the father of my children.
It’s because of this I’m always grateful to see the acts of other great husbands out there in the world. One particular husband you’re about to meet decided to do something incredibly special when his wife was out of the town for the weekend.
With his wife out of the picture, a father of 3 quickly went to work on one of the rooms in their home. He first ripped out the hideous carpet and replaced it with hardwood floors. He then painted the walls a beautiful pale yellow. Then he made a upholstered headboard from scratch. Let’s not forget that he was watching his 3 children while doing all of this. What was the father doing the whole weekend? Well let’s just say mom was in for a huge surprise when she came back from her trip…
