Meet Fabian, and just like everyone else, he also wanted to have a place where he could live peacefully.
Now, he has his own tiny house, and he shared why he decided to own a tiny place instead of a normal house.
Fabian’s primary motivation for opting for a tiny house was sustainability.
He also wanted to minimize his lifestyle.
By living in a tiny house, he knew that he could achieve this.
Fabian’s decision to embrace a tiny house lifestyle has been a success.
Not only does he enjoy the benefits of sustainable living, but his tiny house is very close to nature as well.
This natural setting is perfect for him as he practices Tai Chi, which involves gentle movements and a deep connection with one’s surroundings.
The lovely gardens in his house were done by him as he has a background in landscaping.

As you step into the parking area, you’ll immediately notice the enchanting gardens that surround his home.
The presence of these beautiful gardens creates a refreshing and calming atmosphere.
Fabian’s little house has a front porch with a cozy seating area where Fabian and his partner, Steph, can relax and unwind.
Additionally, there’s a wood fire, which can be used in the evenings to create a warm and inviting ambiance.
His house also boasts an outdoor kitchen.
This unique addition is conveniently located on the front porch, allowing Fabian to cook delicious meals while still being in the company of his guests.
Another amazing thing about this outdoor area is it can be enclosed with glass windows, which can be covered by curtains as needed.
According to Fabian, he loves watching the rain. So whenever it’s raining, he can stay in the same spot on his front porch, safely protected from the rain by the glass windows.
Have you seen a house with two entrances?
Well, Fabian’s tiny home, measuring a mere 33×10 ft., has not just one, but two entrances.
He calls them the main entrance and “staff” entrance.
The only difference is that the main entrance leads directly into the main area, which encompasses the living space, kitchen, and common areas.
On the other hand, the “staff” entrance, as Fabian calls it, leads to a more private and personal space within his tiny house.
Now, let’s take a look at what’s inside this amazing house.
The living area is absolutely stunning and cozy.
It’s also filled with indoor plants. Fabian even dedicated a loft that is exclusively for the plants.
Upon entering, you’ll notice that despite the compact size, the overall house looks spacious. It’s because it has a lot of headspace.
The high ceilings contribute to making the tiny house feel more expansive.
Another noticeable thing in the living area is the futon bed. Fabian has also incorporated a projector into this space, turning it into a mini home theater, which is the perfect place for movie nights.
The lovely kitchen
One unique thing about Fabian’s crib is it has two corner cabinets. You’ll surely be amazed once you know the story of why they were built.
It’s also noticeable that his kitchen is connected to the outdoor space. When he opens the window, it instantly transforms into a practical bar top.
This allows guests to have easy access to drinks or food that are readily available.
Comfort room and walk-in wardrobe
Fabian graciously shared a glimpse of these interconnected spaces.
As you enter, you’ll notice that the clothes are neatly stored inside the drawers, cleverly integrated into the staircase leading up to the bedroom.
Moving on to the bathroom, you’ll be delighted by the cool shower and tidy toilet.
Lastly, welcome to Fabian’s bedroom.
Interestingly, it has a furry wall, which looks lovely and adds up to the coziness of the place.
