The amount we sleep we get determines how our brains function. It affects our mental and physical health and our quality of life, according to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute.

Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout our lives. Getting enough quality sleep determines how you feel while you’re awake, supports healthy brain function, maintains our physical health, and helps growth and development in children and teens.

Unfortunately, more than 50 percent of people suffer from insomnia. This can make it harder for the to wake up in the morning or leave them tired throughout the day. Chronic lack of sleep can lead to serious health issues. Often times people turn to prescription drugs or other synthetic products to cure their insomnia.

But you may be able to find a natural relief after buying a few plants.
