Isn’t this a cool craft project? This handmade keychain lets you keep your family memories with you wherever you go. It’s perfect to make for birthdays, Mother’s Day, or when you’re feeling sentimental.

Use your kid’s, wedding, family or pet photos to make this lovely keepsake. Just make sure to print your photos on paper specifically designed for Shrinky Dinks. Have fun!

Materials

  • Shrinky Dink Paper
  • Parchment Paper
  • Keychain Rings
  • Scissors
  • Hole Punch

Directions

  1. Choose the photos you want to use and print them on special Shrinky Dink Paper.
  2. Trim the photos to the size or shape you want.
  3. Using a hole punch, punch a hole in the photo. This is where the key ring will go.
  4. Place your photos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake at 200F for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove baking sheet from oven. Thread a key ring through the hole you made in the photo and place on your keychain. Now you can take your photos with you everywhere!
