The scenic views and the idyllic ambiance always make the place an excellent spot to build a vacation rental or home. It’s like taking a less-to-no effort to beautify your exterior because it’s already very picturesque outside.
The GloCabin is one of those houses that looks simple outside but beautiful inside.
This 450 sq/ft property stands out from its surroundings because of its matte black exterior paint and dark Alderwood French doors. While people find this too dark, the simple-yet-elegant color combination makes it stand out from the nature surrounding it.
But the moment you step inside, this house totally lights up!
Yes, literally. Because the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by such bright and pristine colors of the interiors. The house features a California Casual interior design which highlights wood elements with neutral colors.
The common spaces create this flow that allows you to move around.
The living area is right beside the breakfast counter and kitchen, and while that sounds crowded, it doesn’t feel like it at all. There’s ample space in the living room to get cozy and watch the television or enjoy the view outside.
If you love cooking, GloCabin’s kitchen wouldn’t be a problem.
It is equipped with all the appliances that you need. The island in the middle has this beautiful and functional countertop that gives you enough space for meal prep and doubles as a bar where you can eat your meals.
Further into the house is the bedroom which is accessible on both sides of the home.
You can walk around the bed without feeling that you have to squeeze yourself in. Both sides of the bed have closet and storage spaces, while across and at the back are access doors to two different decks. The other one has an access door by the kitchen, so you can bring your food outside and dine with the place’s majestic view.
Lastly, the bathroom which looks sleek and spacious.
All the brightness from the other rooms still reflects in the bathroom’s design. The shower is very spacious and would make you forget that this is a tiny house. But the eyecatcher of the bathroom is the vanity table which was reclaimed and repurposed from an old potter’s table.
The tour is not yet over because there’s one more door to another deck from the bathroom.
Outside is a Japanese Cedar Spa tub that can fit two people. It’s a perfect place to unwind after a long hike and enjoy the view outside. Who knew a tiny house could have this luxury?
GloCabin is situated in a way that visitors can enjoy the outdoors.
It has hiking trails nearby for those who need a good morning jog or afternoon walk. The decks around the home allow visitors to bask in nature and get a perfect view wherever they please to hang out.
