Buying a property, particularly a house, is not easy, from finding a good location to shelling out a down payment. Not to mention that you’ll need to pay mortgages for quite some time.

Due to these factors, some people decide to resell their homes rather than continue making mortgage payments, even though it means that they’ll be losing their property.

But this woman, Precious Price, had a different way of dealing with her mortgages.

She turned her backyard shed into a tiny home! She had this brilliant idea while the pandemic was going on.

Before the pandemic happened, she was already having her house rented while she was traveling for work. That was also her source for her mortgage repayment.

When 2020 happened, she had no choice but to stay in her house.

Although she has a place to call home, she was thinking about what she would do in her place with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

She admitted that she didn’t want to pay her mortgages because her rental business had already been covering the costs even before.

“I kind of don’t want to pay my mortgages. I hadn’t been paying my mortgage. Airbnb was kind of paying it for me all of those months prior, so I didn’t want to continue my mortgages,” she said.

Precious gave a tour of her beautiful tiny house.

She considers this house as her safe haven. I couldn’t agree more, as every part of it feels cozy and neat.

She started by giving a glimpse of her living room or lounge area.

The space is obviously not so big, yet the comfort it gives is immense. It comes equipped with a day bed filled with pillows and a small table on the side.

It’s a perfect spot if you want to relax or take a nap even though you’re not in the bedroom.

Are you excited to see her kitchen? It’s perfect!

It has a small table that can accommodate two people, and close to it is a television, which she can use when she is cooking or eating her meals.

Additionally, the kitchen has essential appliances, such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and induction stove.

There is a large sliding door that will welcome you when you visit her bathroom.

It is complete with a toilet, face basin with vanity mirror, and shower. Precious also explained the reasons why she chose a simple toilet.

She likewise shared a trick that made the bathroom look bigger. And that is by installing a glass shower door.

Precious also showed the lovely loft bed inside her tiny home.

It’s cozy and a perfect place to get a good sleep. It’s a bit high, so you can ensure that no one can disturb you while you’re asleep.

The Cove Escape

This is the name of Precious’ tiny house. It’s constructed with passion and admirable drive. What’s amazing is it turned into her safe haven.

Surely, many people enjoyed watching Precious’ house tour.
