Given that the home is just 330-square-feet, the ‘great room’ serves as the living space, kitchen, dining room, and bedroom.
The historic cottage was completely renovated in 2007 and was updated with laminate flooring, stainless steel appliances, and charming touches like a beamed ceiling with chandelier.
The gourmet kitchen boasts full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, which is a rare find in tiny homes.
The tile backsplash is an elegant touch to the already stunning kitchen. The light blue paint on the walls is perfect for the beach setting that you’ll gaze out to while enjoying a meal at the small dining table. Large French doors open the entire space up to the expansive deck and fresh ocean air.
Turning around to view the bedroom, you’ll notice the unique storage underneath, and the beautiful vaulted ceilings with dropped beams.
The bedroom side of the cottage also features French doors bringing the outside in. Imagine waking up to water views and sounds of birds in the morning. Absolutely dreamy!
Just past the bedroom is the spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
You’d never guess the home was under 400-square-feet when you see how luxurious and open this bathroom is. Grab a glass of wine and take a soak in the tub after a long day of hiking and exploring in the forest.
