A good coffee table can really pull an entire room together. It’s easy to find used coffee tables at a tag sale but a custom-made coffee table can serve as that special focal point that really makes your room shine.
The thing is that buying a custom piece of furniture can cost you big bucks.
But not if you make one yourself! You can create a functional and visually stunning piece with just a few bucks. All you need is a little inspiration.

1) Tree Log Table

2) Chicken Coup Coffee Table
An old chicken coup crate can be transformed into a stylish rustic farmhouse coffee table. You can repaint it, or add some casters to the bottom so it moves around easily, or have a piece of glass cut and placed on top. There are lots of different ways you can give it a unique look. 3) Ottoman Table

4) Window Coffee Table

Create a beautiful mosaic-looking coffee table by gluing some bottle caps to an old coffee table.
6) Suitcase Table
This coffee table was sold for $75 but you can make one yourself for way cheaper by using an old vintage suitcase and attaching some legs to the bottom. This coffee table will even give you some storage.
7) Stacked Pallet Table
Try stacking some pallets on top of one another and placing some casters on the bottom of them. Add a glass top to create this rustic looking coffee table.
8) Cable Spool

9) Wagon Wheel Table
Cut a vintage wagon wheel in half and use it as your table legs. You can stabilize the base and create a tabletop from some extra plywood on top.
10) Crate Tables
