Milk Crate Chandelier

Chandeliers are luxurious; milk crates not so much. Combine the two to create a cool light source. First securely attach 9 boxes together (zip ties would work) then four boxes the same way. Leave one box for the bottom. Hang them from the ceiling and add a light bulb to each crate.

Planters

Since the crates have holes in them, they make wonderful planters because excess water can just seep out. Line the crates with cheesecloth or fabric so the dirt doesn’t fall through. Lining them also makes it easy to transfer plants.
