When people think “luxury home” they generally think of a house that’s well over 270 sq. feet, but one man is here to prove that when it comes to luxury homes, size isn’t everything.

Adam Lehman has been building tiny houses in Florida for the past year after working as a remodel contractor for 15 years. His projects have spanned from cabinet craftwork to remodeling million dollar homes. His greatest work, however, has been on the tiny house scene working for A New Beginning Tiny Homes.

Take this home, Tiffany.

Tiffany is the first tiny house that Lehman built. While it’s small in size, it’s definitely not short on charm.

From the outside, this mini-craftsman style home features a beautiful stained glass window and a custom-built door made of reclaimed wood. All of these details add an extra point of interest and charm to the exterior.

Once inside, you’ll see that the home has lots of natural light sources. In total, it has 18 windows! That’s a lot of such a small home.

While the layout is more of an open floor plan, the first room you’ll take notice of is the full kitchen.

The blue cabinets–custom built by Lehman himself–provide an appealing source of storage alongside the 20-inch propane stove and refrigerator, making the kitchen just as useful as it is pretty. There’s even a folding dining room table which proves that even in tiny homes you can host guests.

As you make your way through the home, you’ll see decorative nods towards Lehman’s attention to detail. There are stained glass light fixtures throughout, complimenting the window above the front door.

Another perk of this tiny home is all of the storage. Most of the furniture was custom-built by Lehman so that it would tuck away nicely in the small space and could serve multiple purposes.

The ottomans for the built-in bench have card table legs which allow them to fold up and be tucked away under the bench when they’re not in use.

This tiny home isn’t short on storage either!

Just past the living area and near the stairs, there is a custom-made, built-in book shelf that carries over the aesthetics of the kitchen cabinets.

Across from the bookshelf are the stairs which also double as storage. Each stair pulls out with plenty of space for even your bulkiest clothes and linens.

Go up the stairs, and you’ll find the master loft area that easily fits a full-size bed with room to spare.

If you look across the way from the master loft, you’ll see there is a ladder leading up to another, cozier loft area. The space perfectly fits a twin-size bed and has a wonderful view of the stained glass window. It’s the perfect spot for a guest to stay over.

While there is no doubt that this tiny home is visually charming, there are also some tech-savvy features to it that make it irresistible.

All of the switches and fixtures throughout the home can be controlled from the owner’s phone or a voice-automated home system. Just another cool and convenient feature for this charming, tiny home!

The tiny home, Tiffany, sold in May of this year, and we’re sure the owners are thrilled with their investment.
