You can create some amazing focal pieces and expensive-looking furniture in your home with some old chairs. People sell their repurposed chair projects for hundreds of dollars and you can make them yourself at home just as easily.

You’ll need an old chair, even broken ones will do, which you can find in your basement or at a garage sale. That, a few other pieces, and some creativity.

1) Rustic Picture Holder

You can use the back of a chair and attach a hanger head to it along with some clothespins to create a rustic looking picture holder.

2) Customized Pet Bed
