How to Make a Delicious Layered Chili Cheese Dip
Start by heating the oven to 350 degrees. While waiting for the oven, place your ingredients into a 9-inch pie plate. Start by spreading the cream cheese into the bottom, follow this with the salsa. Next, Pour the chili on top. Finally, sprinkle the cheddar on top .
