The 5-5-5 Technique is a method in which you create a drink that takes 5 minutes to make, and lose 5 pounds over the course of 5 days. As crazy as this sounds, there is a method to the madness. There are essential ingredients you need to make this drink. You have to consistently drink each day in order to have results by the end of the 5-day period. Let’s get started.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of parsley.
- 1 fresh lemon.
- 1 cup of water.
- 1 blender.
Instructions:
- Splice all of the parsley into small pieces. Make sure the parsley is well chopped.
- Put the parsley into a blender.
- Squeeze all of the juice of the lemon into the blender.
- Finally, add water into the blender.
- Press start on the blender.
- When finished, enjoy!
Once your drink is finished, you must drink all of it. The taste of your blended drink may be strange at first, but you will have to get used to it. Make sure this is the first thing you drink every morning! Do not eat any food beforehand. Do this everyday for 5 days straight. You should see results!
