Stretch Out Your Shoes

First, put on some thick socks and put your shoes on. Then, blow hot air on your shoes, especially in the places where your shoes feel tight. You can wiggle your toes around as you heat the shoe to help them expand. Keep your shoes on until they cool down. This will make your shoes more comfortable and prevent you from getting blisters.
