There are some household tasks we don’t really mind… vacuuming and loading the dishwasher comes to mind. But laundry is definitely not one of those tasks.
Laundry is annoying. It would be great if there was some magical way to make it easier and faster. Well, we’re not sure these tricks are magical but they can definitely make the task of cleaning, drying, and ironing your clothes a little bit less tedious.

If you have something that was worn once but isn’t quite ready for a wash and just needs to be de-wrinkled and freshened up you can toss it in the dryer for with a dryer sheet and an ice cube for about 10 minutes. It will come out wrinkle-free and smelling like it went in for a full wash.

Keep Your Washing Machine in Tip Top Condition
There’s nothing more annoying than having to put in a load of laundry more than once. So you’ll want to make sure your washing machine does a good job the first time around.
To keep grime and gunk from building up inside of your machine and getting onto your clothes you can run your machine on highest water setting to run the longest and add in four cups of white vinegar to the water.
Close the lid and let it swish around for a few minutes. Then open it and let it sit for an hour. Then run the cycle through normally. This will get rid of any funky smells, bacteria, mold, or mildew in the machine and its hoses. Get additional tips on this here.
