Angelo Maestropietro is a self-proclaimed caveman. No, he’s not barbaric or uncivilized in that sense. Rather, this 38-year-old man from Worcestershire has converted a cave into his dream home.

In 2007, Angelo was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. As a result, he was temporarily paralyzed and forced to rethink his life. He came to a conclusion that he wanted to live a much simpler life without complexity. Angelo shut down his successful recruitment company and set out on a journey to find a new life.

When he stumbled upon a 700-year-old cave, he instantly knew that this would be his new home. Using $230,000 or 160,000 British pounds, Angelo created a home in this a 250-million-year-old sandstone cliff.

Take a tour through the house in the video below. Angelo excavated a lot of the cave with his own bare hands. The interior decoration is absolutely gorgeous!

Please SHARE this stunning home if you would live here!
