At one point, every woman has felt that she didn’t look her best. But one lady went as far as to describe herself as a “hot mess.” As you know, when you don’t look good…you don’t feel good. So, for her, it was time to do something about her appearance.

Christopher Hopkins

As thousands upon thousands of other women have done, this lady knew exactly where to go for a makeover. That was to Christopher Hopkins’ studio. After all, he’s famously known as “The Makeover Guy” because he works magic.

Meet Pamela

This client traveled from Grand Rapids, Michigan just to get a makeover from Hopkins. In her introductory video, we have to admit that she looked quite dowdy. Her hair was a mousy color and appeared to be dry and damaged.

Expressing how she felt

During this process, clients typically tell the video producer how they feel before going through a transformation. And Pamela was no exception. She put it bluntly by saying that she was a “hot mess.”

Hopkins’ response

While assessing Pamela’s hair, Hopkins stated that she had difficult hair but that working with it wasn’t impossible. In his line of work, he’s probably seen a lot worse. He continues to look at her hair and ask questions.

That explains it

Pamela went on to explain that about 15 years ago, she was sick. As a result, her hair began to fall out. Now, what’s on her head is all she has left and it continually breaks off. Hopkins will have to work his magic on her for sure.

And he does

Just as with his other clients, the makeover that Hopkins gives Pamela is unbelievable. He gave her a super short cut that’s sexy yet classy. The bob includes a little bit of height on the crown, extra short bangs, and a sweeping strand of hair off to one side. It’s stunning.

Impeccable makeup

Of course, her makeover included makeup. The artist created a soft look that beautifully compliments Pamela’s new hairstyle. The smoky eyes and subtle blush tie in perfectly with her royal blue outfit. She’s gorgeous.

But how does she feel?

In her words, “She’s overjoyed.” At the end of the makeover, Pamela stated that initially, she didn’t want to have Hopkins do her hair in fear of embarrassing him. She truly believed that she was too far gone. Well, he proved her wrong.

Summing it up

Pamela offered some words of wisdom by saying, “I think every woman should do this.” Although Hopkins made her hair lighter and shorter than she expected, she trusted him 100 percent. After all, he’s The Makeover Guy.
