A Bundt pan can be found in nearly every household, as it’s a necessary tool for baking, especially for those tasty sponge cakes that we are only too often prepare in order to have with our daily coffee.
On this occasion though, we are going to use the Bundt pan to prepare a delicious cheesy Spaghetti bake! The step-by-step of how to prepare the recipe tutorial can be found on the YouTube Channel of Shared Food.
For the recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 pound of spaghetti noodles
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups of sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups of whole milk
- 3/4 cups of shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 teaspoons of pepper
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 jar of pasta sauce
It’s Baking Time:
First, you will need to preheat your oven to about 425 degrees, in order to be ready for the cooking. Then you take your 10-inch Bundt pan and you butter up the sides of it.
You will need to proceed with the boiling of your spaghetti. In a large pot of water, you add just a pinch of salt and bring it to a boil. Then you add in it and cook your spaghetti noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Once the noodles are done, you drain them in a colander and transfer them into a large bowl. Next, you add in the bowl shredded cheeses, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. You need to make sure that you stir everything up well so that it’s well-combined.
When you’re done stirring, pour the spaghetti mixture into your Bundt pan and bake it for about 35 to 40 minutes. Don’t forget to have a look in-between, just to make sure that your baking is going well. When the baking is over and the cheese is well-melted, remove the pan from the oven.
Leave the Bundt pan on a wire rack to cool off for about 15 more minutes and then you can invert the Bundt pan to let the spaghetti bake fall out. Once that is done, you’re ready for your meal.
If you would like to pair your dish with a good wine, you could try a Sicilian Chardonnay or a Pinot Noir, both wines go really well with this dish as they highlight the creaminess in the cheese.
Unsurprisingly, this is why pasta with cheese is considered an international favorite and there are so many new recipes popping out, here and there, making us only too eager to try them out. Don’t waste any time and take out your Bundt pans!
